Over 750 products, including varieties of chips, crackers, cheesecake, ice cream, soda, sports drinks, pastas, milk, condiments, (sauces, dressings, jams, salsas), frozen dinners, cookies, candy, and even alcoholic drink mixes are stocked at their Holcomb Bridge Road location in Roswell. Low Carb Charlie's is a unique store dedicated to supplying an extensive variety of nutritious food and beverage selections to people reducing their intake of processed sugar and other carbohydrates. A wide variety of free tastings and special promotions are offered every day at Low Carb Charlie's.

The Grand Opening celebration featured several demonstrations and free soft serve ice cream was given away. There was also be a raffle for various prizes including pairs of Braves tickets.
