The partnership will see the introduction of a new software solution for Windows®-based public computer stations and touch-screen terminals that integrates E-Times Self-Serve, a real-time ecommerce payment solution and Moonrises popular Internet kiosk browser, NetStop.

Under the exclusive marketing agreement the two companies will jointly develop and sell NetStop ETS which is the integration of E-Time Systems proprietary Self-Serve payment software with Moonrise Systems NetStop PRO internet kiosk software.

In this agreement Moonrise and E-Time Sysytem will jointly distribute NetStop ETS software. E-Time System will maintain the direct relationships with the kiosk operators by continuing to supply the content for prepaid wireless, calling cards, bill payments and any new type product or service that can be sold or supplied electronically as they become available.
