Miss Latina Pageant seeks to promote latina women nationwide.

On September 4th the official Hispanos USA Miss Latina Pageant takes center stage in the Carolinas with Susie Castillo-the 3rd Latina to win the Miss USA title as keynote speaker.

(North Carolina-PRWEB) --Hispanos USA is proud to announce that Susie Castillo has been confirmed to be the keynote speaker at the nations' talent and scholarship pageant this fall in North Carolina. Susie Castillo will be sharing with candidates from all 50 states and pageant audience how she became the 3rd Latina in history to win the Miss USA title. The event has been set for a September 4th grand celebration. Known for bringing the Hispanic community together as young women of Hispanic heritage ages 13-29 compete for the coveted Miss Teen and Miss Latina national titles. An on-line voting system is also in place at the host website to choose a Miss Latina Internet before the main event at www.hispanos-usa.com

The pageant now on its fourth year, has launched a national campaign to recruit candidates and sponsors via national magazines like LatinaStyle, Vida Latina, Pageantry, Hispanic Business and Supermodels among others.

This year a marketing program via ethnic and mainstream venues is set to promote bigger prizes, a college scholarship, featured artist, and celebrities attending the main gala. Past sponsors include Coca-Cola, American Express, Telemundo-an NBC television company, Road Runner and Time Warner Cable.

The event hopes to impact over 40 million U.S. Hispanics living in America and creatively continue raising education awareness issues affecting minorities today. Expected event attendance: 2400 | Expected media reach: 40 million

The Official Hispanos USA Miss Latina Pageant has been billed as the annual event to reach a young and affluent audience. Companies and organizations wishing to bridge the gap, or simply gain greater exposure with the U.S. Hispanic community are urged to participate.
