Creative Minds Company's behavior modification program dramatically reduces minor to major discipline problems in schools within 24 hours of implementation.

Discipline problems reduced by 50% the first twenty-four hours of implementation of The Ticket Program.

Nashville, TN (PRWEB) May 30, 2004 --- The Ticket Program was developed in September 2003 by a former teacher. After analyzing duties of administration, teachers, parents and students, he realized a major flaw in the discipline area. The Ticket Program is a result of his findings. Created as an Internet based behavior modification program, it uses a patent pending" approach to reducing discipline problems in any school. It works with all children regardless of age, race or learning abilities and results seen as fast as twenty-four hours of implementation.

In schools today, students are being deprived of a quality education because of negative behavior. The Ticket Program replaces traditional discipline procedures with current expectations through the use of technology. Schools are transformed into behavioral monitoring stations. Using their username and password, teachers, administration and parents can view individual or school wide behavior reports twenty-four hours a day. Students monitor and correct their own behavior.

The Ticket Program identifies, recognizes and rewards good students for positive behavior. Positive students are always punished along with negative behaving students. Positive behavior becomes the norm. Students with negative behavior are identified and filtered through a consistent system involving administration, their parents and community agencies. This is the main reason the negative behaving students dramatically improve their behavior. The direct results of the program are increased instructional time, increased parental involvement and a safe positive learning environment.

The Ticket Program uses a unique data collection. Behavior data is entered hourly and reports are created instant. The United States Department of Education created a publication [NCES 2002-312] that discussed financing data collection programs. The statement read ...cost associated with...these initial investments can have great payoffs. One of the most important results would be fewer incidents of problem behavior and a net gain in time spent on the task of learning.

The Ticket Program bridges the gap between teachers and students regardless of race or learning abilities. Teachers using the program report improved classroom management, ability to communicate with all students and a better relationship with students parents. Most teachers report, just the fact that I am not punishing my positive behaving students is reason enough to use The Ticket Program." Others report that extremely negative behaving students come to class quiet. Some never pick up a pencil, but at least, they allow others in the class to learn. A principal was quoted for saying..."the record speaks for itself!"
