Humitech Completes $3,000,000 Financing and Acquires Mine

Humitech now controls the only known source of the exclusive mineral for humidity control.

Humitech International Group Inc, http://humitechgroup.com announced today the completion of a $3,000,000 financing with a private equity group in New York City - terms were not disclosed.

The Company will use $2,000,000 to acquire a 1600 Acre 'mine' that provides the exclusive world wide source of the Humitech Humidity Control Mineral, located in the Mojave Desert (near Area 51) balance of the funds will be used for inventory. The unique mixture of minerals (referred to as Sorbite) is the heart of Humitech’s Humidity Control System. Humitech’s new manufacturing facility opens June 1, 2004 in Las Vegas, NV to process all production from the mine. All manufacturing, assembly along with domestic and international distribution (previously outsourced) will be conducted at the new Humitech facility. The mine, discovered approximately 30 years ago, has been determined as having the only source of the unique mineral - on the planet.

Humitech Chairman/CEO, C.J. Comu stated, "This is a significant step forward for the Company to acquire the source of our core product and a tremendous plus to our operations with respect to reduction in costs and increase in profitability."
