The PhoneClicks(TM) service is targeted at the restaurant, travel, customer service, and call center industries, but can benefit any organization or individual that conducts business online.

PhoneClicks(TM) helps its clients increase online sales and effectively communicate with customers by providing the PhoneClicks(TM) client with a button or link that can be placed on the client's web pages and emails. When a customer, or visitor clicks on the link, they are prompted to enter their phone number and click on a "Call Now" button. The customer's phone will ring, typically within ten seconds, and when he answers, the PhoneClicks(TM) system immediately connects him live to the designated phone number.

According to Jonathan Castleman, CyberOptic Group's President, PhoneClicks(TM) holds several advantages over a traditional toll-free phone number. "First," says Castleman, "toll-free numbers only work from the US and Canada, and international customers may be reluctant to place an out-of-country phone call. The PhoneClicks(TM) link can be utilized toll-free from anyplace with a phone line."

Castleman points out that PhoneClicks also offers advanced call routing without having to invest in expensive PBX equipment. For example, a company may have an East Coast and a West Coast salesperson. Each salesperson could be assigned a PhoneClicks(TM) button and the web site could prompt visitors to click one button if they were on the east coast and the other if they were on the west coast. The PhoneClicks(TM) system would route the call to the appropriate salesperson without having to send the customer to a central voice mail system for further routing. Calls can even be routed to cell phones.

The PhoneClicks service is $29 for each phone number enrolled, and includes the first 100 minutes of connection time. Additional minutes packages are available for as low as 8.9¢ per minute.
