Jax of NY, Inc. to donate $2 of each sale to local Volunteer Fire Departments.

Owner and Operations Manager Jack Clifford, has sealed a deal to begin distributing three very unique products to his customers online and off. The Propane Pal", 911 Locator Switch", and Signalfly" will be available in early June. It would be enough that these new devices make communities and families safer, but Jax of NY is stepping it up by donating two-dollars of every sale to local volunteer fire departments of Long Island.

East Northport, Long Island, NY (PRWEB) June 7, 2004 --Native New Yorker and former Nassau County Problem Solver, Jack Clifford, is (literally) shining a new light on safety in local communities. After a life-altering accident in 2001 left him permanently partially disabled, Jack was determined not to let his talents and love for public safety be snuffed out by the dim prognosis given to him from his doctor. Instead of buying into the notion that he could always lick stamps for a living", Jack turned to the Internet for new ways to communicate his passion and knowledge to the public. In 1998 he put a business plan together and launched Jax of NY, Inc., a company designed to provide safety and security both online and off.

The Propane Pal", designed to measure the fuel level in a standard 20 lb. propane tank, will be the first of these three products to hit the market. Youll never wonder again if youve got enough propane to finish cooking your chicken...especially when youve got company over.", Jack says. And youll never have to risk your safety again by swishing the tank around to feel how much gas you think youve got left." The Propane Pal" allows you to remove and replace the tank in seconds, is designed to work with most gas grills, and requires no assembly.

The 911 Locator Switch" is an easy to install porch light device that makes your existing porch light flash on and off, creating a beacon for emergency responders to easily locate your home. It requires no new switch box, switch plate, porch light fixture, special light bulb, additional wiring, or electrician to install. It is easily removed, making it perfect for rental homes, condos or apartments, and can be taken with you if you move. The switch itself is also illuminated and flashes when the light is in use, letting you know when its been turned on by mistake.

Signalfly" is a safety helmet brake light that provides a highly visible, reliable additional brake light for motorcyclists. The light attaches easily to a helmet and thanks to wireless technology, lights up simultaneously with the regular cycle brake lights, making the rider more visible at eye level to other motorists. Jack states, I think these are going to fly off the shelves faster than we can stock them. Its something every biker needs, and should want-not just for themselves but for all the people driving cars behind them as well." Signalfly" is made from lightweight, durable materials, and offers the smart, clear safety choice for todays motorcyclists.

Jack Clifford is currently the only distributor of these products on the east coast but says, Ill be making 'open distributorships available soon to allow for larger disbursements of funds throughout New York state." He and his wife Lauren are also developing the online Work At Home Marketplace", which is slated to launch mid-August, and will provide strategic business tools like start-up consulting, family-friendly places to purchase products, an Incident Scam and Fraud Bureau, and much more.

Jack Clifford lives in East Northport, NY with his wife Lauren and her two children-Michael (18) and Danielle (15). For more information contact Jax of NY, Inc. at 631-486-8163 or visit them online at http://www.jaxofny.com.
