(PRWEB) June 6, 2004 --Maple Ridge Vineyard produces small lot wines of 20 to 30 cases per lot. All wines are botteld unfiltered and bottle aged. The Chardonnay is single clone, Colmar, and is aged 12 months in imported French barrique from Beaunne France. The Pinot Noir is a blend of French Clones and also aged 12 months in the same imported small Allier oak barrels as the Chardonnay. The Cabernet is Maple Ridge's signature wine and is aged in Nevers Oak for at least 12 to 14 months. The Pinot Gris is unique in color and flavor from it's skin fermentation. The Rieslings are ferented completely dry and then bottled aged as well. Maple Ridge Vineyard also offers certified organic tomaotoes and certified organic Navajo-Churro baby lamb meat (same as in the ark of SLOW FOOD INTERNATIONAL) in early November for the end of the year holidays.
