The 2004 Orange County Fair Opens July 9, Offers Special Opportunities For Free Fair Admission & Discounts
The 112th annual Orange County Fair, themed Jammin at the Fair, is July 9 -- Aug. 1 (closed Mondays) at the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center.

ˇTaste of the Fair - Thursday, July 8, 7-8:30 p.m. at Pacific Amphitheatre - Free reception open to the public with light appetizers, roaming entertainment, fireworks, and a sneak-peek performance from The Fab Four (Beatles tribute band) with Orange County's Pacific Symphony Orchestra.
ˇJam into the Fair -- Friday, July 9, 10--11 a.m. - Free admission and parking during opening hour. Active duty military, law enforcement, fire personnel free all day, plus guest, with valid ID.
ˇ4-H, FFA, Farm Bureau Day -- Wednesday, July 14 - Members free all day with membership card.
ˇJammin for Hunger -- Wednesday, July 21, noon--5 p.m. - Free admission with donation of five (5) non-perishable food items. Donated items benefit Second Harvest Food Bank.
ˇSummer Book Drive -- Wednesday, July 28, noon--6 p.m. - Free admission with donation of one (1) new OR (3) gently used childrens books. All books collected benefit Orange County public schools and will be matched by Scholastic, Inc.
The Orange County Fair offers DISCOUNTS throughout the 21-day event.
ˇKids Days -- Tuesdays: Children 12 and under admitted free all day.
ˇUnlimited Rides -- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Ride all you want for $20 until 8 p.m., wristbands sold until 5 p.m.
ˇSeniors Days -- Thursdays: Seniors 55+ admitted for discount price of $4 all day.
ˇ$1 Rides -- Thursdays & Fridays: All rides $1 until 6 p.m., tickets sold until 5 p.m.
