Before joining Al Manar Financing and Leasing, Al-Bader spent 24 years with a leading financial institution in Kuwait. After joining as part of the sales and marketing team, Al-Bader worked his way up the corporate ladder and was named general manager in 1995. During his tenure, the company experienced significant growth and consistent profitability.

Al-Bader holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Kuwait University. He has completed several Harvard Business School programmes, including the Senior Executive programme for the Middle East and The Gulfs Management Challenges" seminar.
Al-Bader has also completed several seminars specific to Islamic financing. In addition to a comprehensive course that covered systems, Islamic funds and financial tools, he also participated in courses related to the mechanisms for converting conventional financial institutions to Islamic financial institutions.
