Felonious acts by these officials, caused reprisals from a private State Citizen. In the form of encumbrances, being filed atainst the pesonal property of the violators. Amidst undisputed allegations of undermining rights of the Citizen, as guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution's 'Bill of Rights' and Congressional Acts of the U.S. Congress. The crimes committed by these officials were unrelenting, in the curtailing of a forgotten right.

These officials, working in conspiracy, used an address within their Commonwealth. In order to prosecute the private State Citizen, alledging the Citizen to be a resident of their Commonwealth, with them knowing full well, this was not true. So that prosecution for the fictious crime of being a driver of a commercial vehicle, without the required license. The Citizen armed with unequivocal evidence, in the form of various court rulings and Congressional Act,18 United States Code, section 31, supporting his claim, that the ultimate definition of a 'motor vehicle,' is a vehicle used for commercial purposes only. Proving the Citizen's position that no law exist requiring anyone to be licensed to operate their private automobiles.
