Of the two groups, One "Leader" purchases leads, balks at training because she is a "Leader", works the leads in a novice manner because our leads are much different than anything you can purchase from our competitors, and then has no success sponsoring others. The other leader, Matt Jamieson, has a group of 40 members purchasing from us on a monthly basis. Matt not only provides his own training but has asked for our assistance as well. The results speak for themselves. You need to pass a test before you drive a car so why should this be any different?"

Is it coincidental that Matt's downline grows by leaps and bounds everyday? Not likely. So how can 2 groups from the same exact company with the same exact leads have results so different?
