Monitor Master, the User Experience Optimisation platform for mobile data services from Argogroup, has won the 2004 European Excellence in Technology Award from Technical Insights, a Frost & Sullivan division. This achievement follows on from Monitor Masters success at the 3GSM World Congress last February where the product scooped the Best Mobile Infrastructure award.

According to Technical Insights analyst Jagan Ramaswami, Argogroups technology has revolutionised the wireless test sector and for its exceptional pioneering technology, it richly deserves this award. In a little over a year, Monitor Master has been successfully sold to over 35 major operators in every geography where it is improving the quality of their mobile data services.

Ramaswami paid particular praise to Monitor Masters scalable modular technology architecture called UbiquinoX ®.
