Telemak, Europe's leading streaming media provider, is happy to announce the delivery of 12 Apple iMac based interactive kiosks in 10 top located Neckermann shops as well as Neckermann and Telenet headquarters. Based on the Telenet broadband Internet access, each of these shops will be able to watch streaming travel videos on Neckermann travel destinations, navigated by a touch screen. The www world at the tip of you finger.

"We are delighted to involve iMac in this project. iMac combines breakthrough design with innovative technologies", says Bernard Voglaire, Country Sales & General Manager at Apple BeLux. "It's great to be Telemak’s partner. They deliver high-quality streaming video with Apple's QuickTime technology for Mac and Windows. Neckermann customers will greatly benefit from this project."

"Once again, we are trilled to work with both Apple and Telenet to bring a killer application to the streaming market", says Christophe Lenaerts, founder and CEO of Telemak. "The combination of Apple’s QuickTime technology, Telenet's broadband internet access and our expertise in the streaming media market ensures the success of this application."

"It's very nice to see how the Apple iMac handles this intensive application" says Jeroen De Backer, Head of Sales & Marketing at Telemak. "Through projects like these, we bring rich media through a 'granny proven' concept. A great way to experience Apple computers and their applications over the Telenet Broadband Internet access."
