Rollins College Center for Entrepreneurship to host Selling Your Business: Addressing Key Issues June 29
The Center for Entrepreneurship at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business will host a workshop, Selling Your Business: Addressing Key Issues," on Tuesday, June 29 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Galloway Room on the Rollins College campus in Winter Park.
Winter Park, FL (PRWEB) June 11, 2004 -- Michael A. Cipollaro, executive director of the Center for Entrepreneurship, said the panel of experts for the workshop will include experienced professionals with a range of perspectives on the important decisions involved in selling a business.
Thomas Huber is chief executive officer of SunGard Collegis, Inc., based in Maitland. Collegis, founded in 1986, provides outsourced IT and online academic services to colleges and universities. Earlier this year Collegis was acquired by SunGard Data Systems Inc., based in Wayne, Pa. SunGard is a global leader in integrated software and processing solutions with more than 20,000 customers in more than 50 countries.
Other speakers include Jackie Ossin, who serves as business intermediary at Corporate Investment International (CII), the largest business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions firm in Florida, and Les W. Eiserman, a partner at Chastang, Ferrell, Sims & Eiserman, LLC, headquartered in Winter Park, the areas largest locally based accounting and consulting firm.
Keith Altizer, founder of Maitland-based CPA firm Keith Altizer and Company, will participate on the panel discussion. The moderator for the event will be Thaddeus Seymour, Jr., president of CFSE Business Services, Inc., a Winter Park-based business advisory firm specializing in mid-market financial consulting and transaction assistance.
Cipollaro said registration is free to members of the Center for Entrepreneurship and $25 for non-members. Whether a Central Florida business owner is actively in the process of selling a business, or is considering doing so in the future, this workshop will provide valuable information and insights that can make that process less intimidating," said Cipollaro.
