BTG Enterprises Announces Agreement with IntegraSoft to Acquire Maintenance Contracts

BTG Enterprises has entered into an agreement with IntegraSoft to acquire several of their largest maintenance contracts while giving BTG Enterprises use of Integra's SkillFusion® Development Engine, a rapid application tool that can save developers up to 90% in time and cost.

ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) June 11, 2004 -- BTG Enterprises, an Atlanta-based IT solutions firm, announced today that they have signed an agreement with IntegraSoft, the Atlanta-based creator of the SkillFusion® Development Engine, to acquire maintenance contracts for several of their largest clients. The agreement additionally entitles BTG Enterprises to an enterprise software agreement, giving BTG Enterprises use of the Development Engine.

The agreement is the result of a long partnership between BTG Enterprises and IntegraSoft and allows IntegraSoft to focus on product development, marketing and sales of the SkillFusion® Development Engine, a rapid application development tool that allows developers to use the UML framework to model and generate software applications in any language.
