The Maynard Brothers Band Featured at Maryland’s Bay Music Festival

The MBB Join a Smoking Festival Line-up with Jimmy Thackery and The Drivers

Centreville, MD (PRWEB) June 12, 2004 -— Pacificsol recording artists, The Maynard Brothers Band storm into Maryland’s 23rd annual Bay Music Festival scheduled rain-or-shine for this Saturday, June 12, 2004. On tap is a day of the region’s best rockin’ blues, classic rock and rock-a-billy as The MBB share the stage with five artists including blues greats Jimmy Thackery and the Drivers.

The Maynard Brothers Band, a blues-afflicted-roadhouse-rock group, were honored at last year’s Bay Music Festival with an encore performance and were a popular crowd choice to return again in 2004. The Maynard Brothers hit the stage at 6:00 PM sharp for an hour of originals including new material from their upcoming 3rd CD release yet to be named. Immediately following their anticipated set are Maryland’s blues greats Jimmy Thackery and The Drivers scheduled for a 7:15 start. Also on the bill are the popular regional act Birddog and the Roadkings, Johnny and the Headhunters, Chris English and Bay Music Festival staple, Tranzfusion. WAMMY award winner (Washington-Baltimore version of the Grammy award) Damian Einstein from WRNR will be this year’s Master of Ceremonies.

The Bay Music Festival Tradition
The Bay Music Festival is an Eastern Shore tradition with proceeds going to the famed Wilmer Eye Institute and local Lions’ Club charities. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, June 12, 2004 and held rain-or-shine with covered pavilion seating available. Show starts at 2:00PM.
