Free upgrade to Project Planner 4.5 for existing customers of Smartworks Project planner 4.0

All exisiting customers of Smartworks Project planner are now eligible for their free upgrade to their latest 4.5 version software

(PRWEB) June 13, 2004 -- All exisiting customers of Smartworks Project Planner 4.0 can now get their free upgrade to Smartworks Project Planner 4.5 version of the software.

In order to download the free upgrade the customers need to do the following:

1. Participate in our survey and give their feedback on Smartworks Project Planner.
The survey form is located at : http://www.smartworks.us/htm/survey.htm

2. Once the survey form is filled and sent, the customers would receive a mail which gives the location from where one can download the new upgrade. This feedback form should be sent on or before 12th July 2004.

3. Following are the new features available in 4.5 version of project planner:

a). Done away with the server for the personal edition. No more server icon in your task tray.
b) .Print all the views in the project planner ( as opposed to only the Gantt chart)
c). Allow modification of plans in Gantt view ( as opposed to viewing only)
d). Improved Export and Import options for PPR and XML files.
e). Choice of date formats for task start and end dates.
f). Improved connectivity between Smartworks family of products
g). Improved PERT analysis view
h). Improved Project Estimates view
i). Support for reading MS-Project (.MPP files).
j). Save Gantt chart as a HTML page
k). Support for a New risk report view
