We have The Biotechnology Needed To Completely Eradicate Opium And Cocaine Plants. Lets Use it.

Independent Presidential Candidate, Ronald Judd Moore, has said today that ?Our government has waged a futile war against illegal and dangerous drugs but we can eliminate them forever.

(PRWEB) June 13, 2004 -- I propose that we create a National Biological Laboratory for the sole purpose of developing diseases that will completely destroy both the Opium producing poppy plant and the Cocaine producing Coca plant. These diseases can be created to destroy only these plants and not harm other plants. Over the centuries many species of plants and trees have been struck by naturally occurring blights that have affected only specific varieties. Lets take a page from this history book and learn from it. We can do the same in a laboratory and release the blights by aerosol methods over crops and areas to wipe out these terrible plants. These diseases can be made so powerful they will rapidly and completely destroy these plants forever and free us from their curse.

As President I will do this and I will make sure it receives the highest priority.?
