Lieberman & Associates Changes Name to Lieberman Software Corporation

Lieberman & Associates, a provider of mass management tools for Windows, announced today that effective June 1, 2004, its Windows management software division has been spun off as a separate entity known as Lieberman Software Corporation. All existing product sales/support activities, prices, quotations, and contracts will be assumed by the new entity as of June 1, 2004.
