Bank of America Launches Newly Branded Prototype Retail Banking Location in Tallen & Keshen Holdings Development in Fairfield, CA

Napa Tahoe Specialty Retail Development, LLC, a company owned by Tallen & Keshen Holdings and Heller Realty and Development is pleased to announce it has negotiated a long term ground lease with Bank of America to locate its new prototype retail banking facility within the Napa Tahoe retail development project in Fairfield, CA.

(PRWEB) June 16, 2004 -- Napa Tahoe Specialty Retail Development, LLC, a company owned by Tallen & Keshen Holdings and Heller Realty and Development is pleased to announce it has negotiated a long term ground lease with Bank of America to locate its new prototype retail banking facility within the Napa Tahoe retail development project in Fairfield, CA.

The multi-tenant retail project now under construction is located in the high growth corridor of Solano County at the I-80 and 680 intersection between the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento, having a traffic count of over 200,000 cars per day.
