MALLFORMS Announces the ICSC Spring Convention Free Mall Barricade Winner

MALLFORMS participated in the ICSC Spring Trade Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada from May 23 to May 25, 2004. MALLFORMS held a drawing for a free 30Â? reusable barricade system at the show. MALLFORMS presented its reusable barricade, temporary construction walls and retail merchandising systems for use in Regional Enclosed Shopping Centers, Commercial Buildings and Public Spaces.

MALLFORMS held a drawing for a free 30' reusable shopping center barricade system / temporary wall at their exhibit on May 25th, 2004.

The winner is the Miami Valley Centre Mall (http://www.miamivalleycentremall.com) in Piqua, Ohio – managed by The Mid-America Management Corporation (http://www.midamco.com).

According to the ICSC shopping Center Executive Opinion Survey – June 2004, "Industry business conditions slightly improved in May compared with the prior month, as shopping center executives were more upbeat on near-term conditions. ICSC estimates that about 25 percent of the deals landlords make with retailers each year are initiated or sealed here. This year's sold-out Leasing Mall houses 850 companies in 512 booths. Some 26,000 people will go through the mall on each day of the convention, according to ICSC estimates. Approximately 11 percent of the companies in this year’s Leasing Mall are first-time exhibitors.
