Calling All Mustard Recipes
The Mount Horeb Mustard Museum will hold its first Mustard Cook-Off at our annual National Mustard Day celebration on Saturday, August 7, 2004. Submit your favorite recipes using mustard by July 12, 2004. Top prize is a $200 gift certificate for merchandise from the Mustard Museum and a feature on the Food Network's All-American Festivals show.

Share it with us and you could be a star. Enter our Mustard Cook-Off Contest and you might win a $200 gift certificate from the Mustard Museum and a chance to be featured on national television. The Food Network is coming to Mount Horeb for National Mustard Day on August 7 for the finals of the Mustard Cook Off.
Mustard recipe entries must by received at the Mustard Museum by July 12, 2004 (postmarked or emailed). The contest is open to all non-professional cooks and mustard enthusiasts. Ten finalists will be selected to prepare their entries for a panel of judges on August 7, 2004, at the annual National Mustard Day celebration at the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, just outside of Madison.
The winning recipe will be the one that best uses mustard (dry or prepared) in a bold, tasty and creative way, in any dish -- soup, appetizer, bread, main course, side dish, sauce, or dessert.
