Minister Li Zhaoxing of the China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated today at a public hearing before the National People's Congress that Billionaire Stephen Michael Cohen (a citizen of Monaco) donated last week 5 million euros (US$6,050,000 million) to the Chinese Nanchang Orphanage located in Jiangxi Province.
