First Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony on June 25, 2004
Anita Starks, C.A.C., will headline as Keynote Speaker to kick-off The Moreno Valley Black Chamber of Commerce (MVBC). This program will also feature a Mistress of Ceremony, Rosalyn Carter, Administrative Assistant at the City Managers Office (Moreno Valley). The Executive and Advisory Board Installation will be performed by the Honorable Judge Richard Fields, the First Black Judge of Riverside County.
