The CommunicAsia 2004 exhibition was the first major exhibition in the region that Nexus Telecom have participated in, and their Asia Pacific General Manager, Mr Kim Khim Chua stated, We are overjoyed at the significant interest shown in our products and we have numerous new contacts with operators in the region who have expressed a clear need for our products".

Nexus Telecom launched its 2.5/3G Service Monitoring and Reporting Suite at CommunicAsia 2004 in Singapore. This suite allows users to measure and visualize KPIs on GPRS services, such as MMS, VideoStreaming, WAP/HTTP utilization, and similar. It allows handset based statistics, such as GPRS stats per mobile handset-model, error-causes per handset-model, etc. This allows the network operator to pinpoint potential incompatibilities between their network and certain handset models.

The first installation of the reporting suite went live last week in the T-Mobile network (Germany) and has been successfully delivering reporting of T-Mobile's "European Football Championship 2004" MMS service!
