Featuring a completely new wiring harness, the new V series Hornet is introduced in Alexandria, VA.

(PRWEB) June 22, 2004 -- At a special training event for automotive and motorcycle repair shops in Alexandria VA. On Saturday June 19, 2004 at The Reserve at The Potomac. Mr. John Effingham General Manager of Hornet Northwest introduced the new V series Hornet Electric Deer Avoidance Device. Using the latest military technology the new V series connects directly to the battery and features a completely new wiring harness. This new Deer Alert Whistle is estimated to reduce vehicle vs. deer collisions by 70%. Mr. Effingham stressed the importance of installing the Hornet on all new and used vehicles as they arrive for service. He reminded the technicians that this simple inexpensive device, when installed correctly might very well save a life.

Established January 2001, Hornet Northwest became the Master Distributor of The Hornet, a electronic device that attaches to cars, trucks, or motorcycles and when activated alerts Deer of the oncoming danger. Deer normally will stop moving when they hear the echo in their ear created by The Hornet, allowing the vehicle to pass without incident.
