(PRWEB) June 23, 2004 -- Lower your printing expenses by setting quotas for printing!

The Print Logger software is intended for a control and audition printing activity on a printers. The program inspects the print jobs on a computer, on which is installed. Main assignment of the program - collection of the information about sizes of printing on printers and record it to the database for the subsequent analysis or compilation of the reports about printing activity.

Besides the program can inspect sizes of printing according to the defined quotas and to prohibit printing, if the quotas are exceeded. This option is additional and can be switched off. The collection of the information and printing job control can be organized by three main ways:

- collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected printer (printers);
- collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected user (users);
- collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected computer.
