July 26th "How to Maximize the Three Sources of Energy"

Ever experience emotional drain with little or no mental energy left to tap into? Did you know that you have three energy sources that you tap into every day? August 2nd "Strategic Thinking is the Key to Building Your Sales"

As Albert Einstein once said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."

Col. Weinstein will help break this vicious cycle. The right questions are more important than the answers. That is Col. Weinstein's approach to strategic thinking. You've heard the questions again and again. What's the big picture? Where do we want to go with this? What are the risks? What are the rewards? What are the long and short-term benefits? How do we weigh the advantages and disadvantages? Who will this impact? How can we reduce negative impact? What kind of person will I become? Is it worth it? Is it right? Is it wrong? Break the vicious cycle and elevate your strategic thinking to new heights with this seminar by Col. Weinstein.

August 9th "The Laws of Clarity: How to Impact Sales Success"

How do you mean? What are we really supposed to do? Lack of clarity in a military operation can cost lives, in the workplace it can cost jobs and revenue. Col. Weinstein will share his valuable tips on how to achieve clarity.

August 16th "How to Use and Build Momentum to Maximize Performance"

Inertia and momentum. A rocket needs tremendous thrust and lots of fuel to break through the atmosphere and overcome gravity. The implementation of plans and projects are no different. Col. Weinstein will reveal how to give that project or plan "rocket thrust" so that you inspire, fire up and empower your company and team players to "break through the atmosphere" of workplace inertia and gravity to accomplish great things.
