Reggetton in the forefront - WB network to spot- light new music trend in special morning news segment. The only woman in this male dominated genre discusses her career and her struggle for respect.

It has been announced today that the WB network has invited the only and only Reggetton Diva, Ivy Queen to discuss her career and the acceptance of a genre that has been underground for over 10 years finally receiving its recogination.

For the special Ivy took time out of her New York promotional visit and her studio time recording her upcoming album titled "REAL" to accept the invitation from the WB network to speak of her career, her style and her struggles in the music industry and how this very talented ex-New Yorker made it to become "La Reina Del Reggetton".

A first for any network to spotlight this hip girating music born from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico is an important milestone for this genre. This news segment highlights and educates mainstream America about Reggetton. From the What, When's and hows of Reggetton and not to the mention the Who is helping to push Reggetton further into the spotlight.

In the music industry, Reggetton is the much needed relief that the industry has been waiting and Mainstream America thirsty for.

The WB news segment on Reggetton scheduled to air this Friday June 25 featuring Ivy Queen's career and offering yet another platform for further acceptance for more Reggetton artist to be heard.
