Professional Organizer is the Home Office "HandyGirl" for Business Owner with Clutter Issues

An office "HandyGirl" is more than just handy -- they fix clutter and haul troubles away. That's what HandyGirl Organizers do for individuals with organization problems.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 26, 2004 -- When we need a handyman to build or fix something, it's not too hard to find a person for the job. But, when we need to fix a disorganized room or build systems that keep us organized, who are you gonna call? HandyGirl, according to some folks once condemned with overwhelming piles and aimless clutter.

And, that's what a lot of individuals have done in the L.A. county area that have been stricken with a case of office clutter and couldn't take it anymore. They called a HandyGirl.

Los Angeles based company HandyGirl Organizers found its niche and began to fill the need of many individuals seeking help with organization issues. Owner Cyndi Seidler founded the concept of HandyGirl Organizers when she wanted to utilize her diversified organizational skills to provide office assistance, building on the idea that she would do for the office what a handyman does for the home. Her slogan even aligned with her concept relating to a handyman; will fix organization problems and haul troubles away.

Some home-based business owners found it necessary to have a HandyGirl Organizer on a routine basis. Andy Provenzano, who runs Andy's Pool Care out of his home in Chatsworth, is one of those people. As a one-person business operator, Provenzano couldn't afford payroll overhead, but he could manage the expense of a HandyGirl Organizer to help keep him organized on an "as needed" basis.

His mother was the one who found HandyGirl Organizers in the phone book under Organizing Services and called to get help for her son. She wasn't even sure if this was the cure, but she gave it a shot.

Provenzano was relieved and worried at the same time. "I started out with piles of paper everywhere and a non-existent filing system," he said, adding that everything went out of control from there.

"I was concerned that I wouldn't find anything after getting organized, but that fear soon went away as we were sorting through my paper piles and putting them in labeled folders," he said.

Because Provenzano needed on-going assistance to help him stay organized and assist him in managing some of his administrative tasks, he continued using the services of HandyGirl Organizers on a regular basis.

"Once we cleared away the clutter and set up a good filing system, she moved on to set up a billing system for me," he explained. "She took a task that used to take me two hours and turned into a process that took me ten minutes."

There were several systems set up for Provenzano over the course of the first few weeks. Since then, HandyGirl Organizers helps him stay on top of things and maintain his organized work area.

For some people, once organized, staying organized is easy. For others, like Provenzano, they just need a little more help from time to time. No matter. He knows who to call.
