The Nellia Agency started with a dream. When Nellia was growing up in the then Communist Soviet Union she wanted all of the things that many little girls wished for. They included a nice life, a happy family, a good marriage and success. She was unfamiliar with what it meant to have money, power or a business. Her employer saw her potential and moved her through the ranks until she became store manager for a chain of high end women’s boutiques. These management experiences helped her to develop her people skills.

Nellia came to America in 2000 to seek a better life for her then 8 year old son. She wasn’t planning on remaining here but rather to visit her brother who was in Florida and earn enough money to purchase a small apartment for her child in Saratov.
