New Service Improves Communications Between Patients and Healthcare Providers

Using the new CCSHealth service from Data One Solutions, patients can now communicate with their healthcare providers securely via the Internet. They can request an office appointment or a prescription refill, ask their doctor or one of the nurses a question or view their latest test results online. If the correct password is provided, they will be automatically logged into the CCSHealth system and immediately presented with the reply message.
