Each of the seminars will explore the major challenges facing engineers in a specific manufacturing process -- including lead-free soldering, fine pitch printing, underfill dispensing, and improving final product quality. Hosted by experts who have been developing and implementing manufacturing techniques for more than 20 years, the sessions will include discussions of manufacturing floor challenges, new technologies, and how-to implementation information -- as well as participant questions and answers.
