Robert Half Technology

Treatment of Employees

(PRWEB) July 3, 2004 -- Quick Story ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY

I've been working for Robert Half Technology for the past year. Everytime I work for different companies through Robert Half "Technical Recruiting Firm" they say the client might want to hire me. Well this time its true. The company I'm working for through Robert Half decided to hire me as a regular employee. My boss called Robert Half and asked how this would be done. It turns out there is a clause in the contracts that say that this company has to pay Robert Half 25% of my YEARLY salary, benefits, and bonuses. So if I'm offered a position at 80,000 dollars a year with this company ... they also have to pay Robert Half Technology 20,000 dollars.

Robert Half has always told me there's a chance for me to get hired but how is that possible when the force any company that wants you to pay 25% of ALL salary and benefits.

So now this company can't afford to hire me and I will be unemployed soon. I also can't get unemployment insurance because of working at a "Temp firm" even though I could have been working full-time.

My Reason for writing this is to make sure if you're going to work for ROBERT HALF know that you might be selling your soul and any job offers.
