Funds To Be Allocated To Eligible California Companies To Offset Employee Training Initiatives
Evolution Manufacturing Trade Association (EMTA) today announced that it has been awarded $1 million in training funds from the State of Californias Employment Training Panel (ETP). EMTA is an organization committed to supporting industry and economic development by providing educational opportunities, industry representation, and services to foster member companies global competitiveness. The funding source, ETP, is a State Agency that reimburses California companies who face out-of-state competition for supplemental training provided to their employees. EMTA offers immediate access to funding and provides customized training programs to eligible companies. EMTA offerings include but are not limited to training programs in the area of manufacturing and lean implementation systems, technical skills, continuous improvement, quality systems, leadership and management development.
