1. Can not convert, whats wrong?
If you can not convert a AVI to Mpeg, it probably that the AVI is not really in AVI format. It may be a Mpeg or any other format, just with ".AVI" file extension. You should try to convert it to AVI with "ALL to AVI" or "ALL to Divx" first, and then convert to Mpeg as your need. If you can play it, then WinMPG Video Convert can convert it!

2. No sound?
In most time, WinMPG Video Convert will convert video first, and then convert audio, and finally mix video and audio to a valid media file. So if you cancel the conversion, the output file maybe no sound.
