InterCourts® Announces: U.S. Representatives Indicted In PoliticalCourt For Sedition
The People v these United States Representatives, individually, POLITICAL COURT (2004:7-6) alleged as follows a violation of a Seditionist act.
(PRWEB) July 5, 2004 -- For violation of Internet Court code: P-0-4(f), Sedition: Incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority.:
The plaintiff has fulfilled the requirements for filing of charge allegations in the Court and the Clerk has determined the complaints to be properly filed and valid in this matter.
It is therefore ordered that the defendants shall face the Jury on the charge or charges as alleged, individually.

The United Nations, not as stupid as one might think, correctly responded with "We don't intervene in such affairs unless there is a proper request". A request for the UN to oversee the Presidential 'election' in this country was placed by letter to the UN from a group of absolutely disgusting politicians. The identities of the politicians wanting to subject the soverign process of the States determining the election of a President in this country (the people do NOT elect the President in this country and never have) to international oversight, has been found. http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/news/special_packages/election2004/9069426.htm . These individuals are signatories on the most insane request by an elected official of this nation ever made.
Specifics:
These individuals, by their act have sought to place control of a constitutional process of this nation under the direction and control of a foreign oversight, which is "an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government" ie: insurrection. The request made to the U.N. was for "The Democrats had asked in the letter for "international election monitors" to watch for "questionable practices and voter disenfranchisement on Election Day."" These insurrectionists, enemies of the people of this country, have attempted to allow a foreign entity into the constitutional function of this nation as oversight for pure and simple political purposes intended to cause additional insurrection and interfere with the operations and functions of this Government and its Constitution which is "incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority ", ie: SEDITION.

""We are deeply concerned that the right of U.S. citizens to vote in free and fair elections is again in jeopardy," the letter to Annan said." Let us get something right: NOT ONE recount of any election result from Florida amounted to an election of Al Gore. NOT ONE. The Democrats started the process of disenfranchisement in Florida and have twisted and spun the facts ever since in a total LIE to the American People. Now, these idiotic, seditionists Democrats have stepped over the line of decency in politics and have invited the WORLD into this nation to FURTHER THEIR OWN POLITICAL INTENTS. This cannot be tolerated. We call upon the people of the States these seditionists represent to impeach them from office and put them in jail. This nation is at war. Now, politicians find it within themselves to cause sedition and insurrection in direct comfort of the enemy. If they are not held accountable for this, it will get worse and worse until the day will come, not too far in the f uture that any form of overthrowing this government will be permitted. The attempted COUP of 2000 by the Democrats in Florida was stopped by law. If we permit it to be acceptable by default this country is forever lost. These individuals are being charged individually for their Anti-American seditionist and insurrectionist acts.
It is the order of this Court that the Defendants shall be publicly announced as having been INDICTED of the charge as alleged and shall be listed in the Court Defense Docket individually for their act, where the Defendant(s) may offer a defense before the Jury and that upon such defense, rendered within forty-eight (48) hours of this Indictment the Clerk shall place the Complaint before the Jury for Verdict; and in the absence of such Defendant Response, the Clerk shall permit defense from interested parties and upon receipt of such defense shall place the Complaint before the Jury for Verdict.
