The LEnfant Trust and Benjamin Moore Paints Partner to Support Historic Preservation in Washington DC

The L'Enfant Trust, a Washington DC conservation easement holding nonprofit organization has partnered with Benjamin Moore Paints to provide its donors with a complimentary personal color viewer CD.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 7, 2004 -- The LEnfant Trust (www.lenfant.org), a Washington DC-based nonprofit organization that promotes historic preservation, has partnered with Benjamin Moore Paints to provide historic property owners a valuable tool in maintaining the integrity of their buildings.

Historic property owners can take advantage of an important historic preservation opportunity and realize a substantial tax benefit by donating a conservation easement that forever protects the façade of their buildings. The LEnfant Trust has accepted donations and monitored their easemented properties for over twenty-five years. •   Painting dramatic Before and After" presentations
•   Painting an unlimited number of pictures
•   Use of over 3,000 Benjamin Moore paint colors
