HireDesk Announces Appointment of Dr. David Jones to Board of Directors. Senior HR expert will also serve as Chair on Product Development Committee.

Dr. Jones will serve as Chair of the Board's Product Development Committee.

Dr. Jones, who holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology, brings unique understanding in the areas of employee recruitment, screening, and legal compliance-related matters to the HireDesk Board. As founder of HRStrategies, an international human resources consulting and outsourcing company, he directed the development of workforce acquisition programs for many of the Fortune 100.

Dr. Jones has been an advisor to senior management of both Fortune 100 and small start-up companies for 25 years, and today continues as an entrepreneur and investor in start-up ventures. He is also president of Growth Ventures Inc., a human capital advisory firm working with companies to leverage technology solutions in workforce screening, from entry-level positions to senior management. He is a frequent advisor to companies seeking to reduce employment-related risks associated with turnover, poor performance, and the need to avoid legal pitfalls in employee hiring.
