The First Independent Tae Bo® Classes in The State of Pennsylvania!!

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 10, 2004 -- Tae Bo®, the video and infomercial Phenomena has arrived in the Philadelphia Area. The Fitness Revolution, created by Billy Blanks®, is poised to shape up the Area!!

Tae Bo® is the combination of Self Awareness and Control of Martial Arts, the Focus and Strength of Boxing and Grace and Rhythm of Dance.

Come and experience Philadelphias only Independent Tae Bo® classes. The classes will be taught by Mikel Armstrong and Stacey R. Long, 2 of three Certified Tae Bo® Fitness Instructors in the Tri State Area.

Join us Every Saturday 7:50am - 8:50am, 9:30am - 10:30 am. The place is Studio One DanceSport, 7584 Haverford Ave. Philadelphia, PA

Cost: Summer Special, $8.00 per class
