D.R. Horton, America's Builder, continues its development in the Triad market with the addition of Sales Manager Pennie Melton. The position will include the oversight of sales in nine communities in D.R. Horton's Triad Division.

As Sales Manager, Pennies responsibilities will include maintaining the complete satisfaction of each customer and upholding D.R. Hortons standards of quality assurance, as well as managing staff development, marketing, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining D.R. Horton, Mrs. Melton worked as Community Manager for four years with Beazer Homes. She was also a Regional Sales Manager with EMSI for ten years. She has developed an extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry, and won several awards for her accomplishments, including 2001 MAME Rookie Sales Person of the Year.
