Digital Ribbon, Inc., a University of Central Florida Technology Incubator firm that helps clients buy and sell computational power through an online network, has entered into a partnership agreement with Tsunamic Technologies, Inc., an Orlando firm that provides on-demand cluster computing services to commercial industry and academic institutions via the Internet.
