Three Top Florida Chefs to Prepare Once-In-A-Lifetime Meal in Six Courses With Wines

Winter Park, FL (PRWEB) July 10, 2004 -- Three of Floridas most talented chefs will join forces on July 29 at Chef Justins Park Plaza Gardens restaurant and café on Park Ave. in downtown Winter Park for The Next Generation: Chef Justin Plank and Friends, a once-in-a-lifetime evening of exceptional dining and wines.

Chef Justin Plank said the dinner celebrates a 30-year tradition of gourmet dining at Park Plaza Gardens.

Plank will be joined by J. Patrick Lennon, executive chef at Quail West Country Club in Naples, and Gary Hoffman, executive chef at Lake Nona Country Club, to prepare the six-course menu, which will be served with wine pairings presented by Plank.

Plank added the menu will tax the creative energies of all three chefs. We are very good friends and we respect each others talents," Plank explained. The Next Generation: Dinner with Chef Justin Plank and Friends costs $149 per person, which includes tax and gratuity, Plank said. Seating is by reservation only.
