HireDesk Completes Fiscal Year of Solid Performance. Raised $15 million in private capital and announced new general manager.
In a difficult business climate for emerging technology companies, we have raised $15 million in private capital, doubled revenues every quarter, and have increased total number of customers by 400%. Vancouver, B.C., - July 9, 2004 - HireDesk, an application software provider for the corporate HR and recruiting industry, today announced a summary of their year for the Fiscal 2004 period ended April 31, 2004.
"This was a terrific year of great accomplishment and solid performance -- revenue doubled every quarter while our number of clients increased 400%," said George LaRocque, newly appointed general manager, HireDesk. "In addition, our $15 million in financing has helped us invest in R&D and an enhanced management team, all of which have set the groundwork for building strong future value for customers and investors."
HireDesk announced George LaRocque, previously of BrassRing, Deploy and HireSystems, has assumed the role of general manager for HireDesk while Jade Bourelle will be chief executive officer of HireDesk's parent company, Talent Technology Corporation.
While the company is privately held, they announced that revenue growth doubled every quarter in the last fiscal year with total number of customers growing 400% to over 500, now including the National Personnel Association (NPA), Drake and Hilti Corporation.
The company also announced that they have raised $15 million in private capital in the last 30 months. Funds have been deployed to meet technology development, staffing, infrastructure and acquisition objectives.
