Trade Show Exhibitors
There are twelve trade shows booths available. Each booth has a six-foot by 18” table, power, 3 feet behind the table with banner space on the wall, and T1 wireless Internet access. Trade show exhibits are against the physical wall of the conference center. Each exhibitor’s logo will be published on the conference web site, and printed conference program. Each exhibitor will receive 50 VIP (value $75 each) passes to distribute to clients. Exhibitors will be featured in a conference press release. Priced at just $500.
Wine and Cheese Mixer
At 3 PM, the conference pauses for a half-hour Wine and Cheese Mixer, poolside. This business card mixer is a chance for vendors and attendees to relax poolside, trade business cards, and swap industry stories.
Expected Attendees:
Between 1500 and 2000 attendees are expected at this years San Francisco Bay Area Wireless Conference. The era of the mega shows is over, and the regional shows are returning. Typically, attendees are from the 707, 916, 925, 415, 650, 408, and 510 area codes.
Conference Venue:
Jack London Inn is located near the waterfront in historic Jack London Square. The Jack London Inn is a 110-guest room hotel with conference center, restaurant, and lounge. Wireless T1 access is offered to most public areas of the hotel, and to guest rooms.
Oakland’s Amtrak station is located two blocks south of the Jack London Inn. BART is a ten-minute walk, and the SF ferry terminal is two blocks north. The Oakland International Airport is a ten-minute ride from the hotel.
