118tracker.com have released their latest research results. This report focusses on UK users and is split into three areas; Mobile Listings, Usage and additional services.
(PRWEB) July 15, 2004 -- A total of 400 mobile phone users responded to our latest telephone questionnaire.
The report paints a picture of advanced directory enquiries users that understand the potential of the new services and apreciate the additional services available.
With regards mobile number listings, only 26% stated they would be happy for their mobile number to be listed, although 87% have their landline listed.
33% stated they would use a mobile number listing service if it was available.
79% of the respondents use directory enquiries from a mobile phone once a month. Most of the sample stated 118 118 as the number they used to obtain numbers.
More than 54% of the sample were not aware of the costs when using DQ on their mobile phone.
62% of the sample had used the Text service to receive the requested number.
