The Experiential Agency Names Darren Andereck, Executive Vice President and Creative Director

He Joins XA From Alice's Garden, One of Chicag's Top Floral and Event Decorating Firms

CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) July 16, 2004 -- The Experiential Agency, Inc., (XA)(OTC Bulletin Board: EXAG), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, today announced that Darren Andereck has joined the firm as executive vice president and creative director. He will report to Joe Wagner, XA's chief operating officer.

As executive vice president and creative director, Andereck will lead a team of ten Chicago-based design professionals in creating multi-dimensional event decor and displays.

Andereck joins XA from Alice's Garden, one of Chicago's most prestigious floral and event decor providers for more than a decade. He was co-owner and an award-winning creative director of the company. Alice's Garden provided floral arrangements and decor for the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Peninsula Hotels as well as visual display services for such distinguished retail stores as Van Cleef & Arpels and Lalique.

Chairman and CEO Frank Goldstin of XA said, "We are honored and excited to have a consummate creative professional such as Darren to spearhead the creative dimension of XA event development. Our constant challenge is to keep XA in the forefront of event staging, remaining fresh and forward in building new ideas. With Darren in this strategic role, XA makes a giant step forward in achieving this goal."

In the past year, Andereck's designs were featured in several major events, including the set for the 2004 Glaad Media Awards held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles, the set and decor for Unicef's "Dreams of Hope" charity event as well as fundraisers for the Joffrey Ballet and Human Rights Campaign. Moreover, he created and installed the decor for the "Grand Opening Party" of the W Chicago Lakeshore Hotel.

His creative accomplishments are well recognized. Andereck's floral design was featured in the Holly HuntChicago Showroom during the 2003 NeoCon World's Trade Fair. Moreover, a permanent sculpture he created for the new, Chicago restaurant Japonais is showcased in the April 2004 issue of Interior Design Magazine.
