Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 16, 2004 -- Have you ever been told that your not allowed to take your Personal video or Picture camera into a hotel and not take any type of video or picture shots? It happened at The Intown Suites located at 2420 East Dublin-Granville Road in Columbus Ohio. On July 13, 2004, Jon E Chryk, a 29 year old resident of Jacksonville, Florida who was on vacation in Columbus from July 8, 2004 until his vacation/job search abruptly ended by being removed from the intown suites property for apparently video taping the hotel establishment. According to one of the Intown Suites representatives at the Cooperate headquarters the Actions of removing the individual from an of the properties was in Intown Suites Operating policies. Chryk, was also very upset because the Manager of the Intown Suites property he stayed at made discriminating remarks about his Sexuality" and physically pushed him out the door.

"At first Brian, Manager would not let his 33 year old roommate or him remove his property and when He said he would call 911 he replied I will say your trespassing on the hotel premises." After this removal occurred he contacted the manager of Ohio and Pennsylvania and has not received a responds. Chryk is really upset for The fact that he was removed for something he claims he did not do, upset because
he was harassed and humiliated infront of hotel guests who were checking in And for the fact the Hotel manager actually laid hands on him.

Notice: The property manager refused to also refund the $80.00 network card that was a temporary hold on his card after it was returned because he was "removed from the property". Jon Chryk also states he wants to find a Lawyer willing to take his case on because of the employee physically touching him when in fact they had no right to do.
