Get your Mojo working

To enjoy life fully, you need a healthy mind and spirit as well as a healthy body - and now, you have the opportunity to achieve them all, courtesy of the Mojo Weekender in September.

(PRWEB) July 17, 2004 -- mojo    n.
pl. mo•jos or mo•joes
1   A magic charm or spell.
2   Personal magnetism; charm.

To enjoy life fully, you need a healthy mind and spirit as well as a healthy body - and now, you have the opportunity to achieve them all, courtesy of the Mojo Weekender in September (17-19).

Hampshire-based lifestyle coaches Gillie Sutherland and Karen Pinckney have teamed up to offer a unique tailor-made weekend programme to help 're-ignite your internal flame.

Gillie explained: A lot of people are put off attending wellness retreats for a variety of reasons. But ours is designed to appeal to normal people, who simply want to feel better about themselves and learn to love life a little more.

Its not a strict regime of early nights, early starts, and prunes and pears. Its a totally non-threatening environment and we aim to help people make positive lifestyle changes in a fun and enjoyable way. We even greet them upon arrival with a glass of wine.

Its not gimmicky - the Mojo Weekender is a retreat for real people. And it can make a real difference to peoples lives."

She added: If somebody wants to lead a more fulfilled life, it helps to be removed from your normal environment and to be with like-minded individuals when youre looking to change things -- so thats why we have introduced the weekend retreat."

The Mojo philosophy is that the mind and body are inextricably linked -- without a healthy mind, you cant have a healthy body and vice versa. When you work on both together, thats when you can achieve your maximum potential -- the state of Mojo, where magic seems to appear in your life.
Attendees at the Mojo Weekender can choose to attend six workshops from the eight available: eat yourself happy; the secrets of attraction; the art of self-massage; managing stress; learning to love exercise; masterful thinking; the ultimate mind-body workout or quietening the busy mind.

And Gillie and Karen are advising from a position of some authority. Both quit high-powered, high-stress positions to improve their quality of life -- and neither has regretted it.

It was the best thing Ive ever done," insists Karen, who, having now spent many years in the fitness industry, is one of the most sought-after yoga instructors in the south of England.

Theyre not recommending such drastic changes for everybody else -- but the Mojo Weekender does offer a route to inner peace through mental and physical inspiration.

Gillie has extensive experience and expertise in the psychology behind behavioural and lifestyle change, while Karen brings the very best training from both east and west for the ultimate lifestyle experience.
And together they can get your Mojo working again.
